Prior to his current role, Mr. Gupta served as Finance Head at Roi Net Solution Pvt. Ltd. (April 2024 – March 2026), where he directed financial strategy across multiple group companies, led a Series A fundraising, and drove ERP and fintech-led automation of financial reporting. He earlier spent over a decade (June 2012 – March 2023) at Moody's India as Assistant Vice President – Finance & Accounts, overseeing India-wide finance and accounts functions for the US-based MNC, including statutory, internal and tax audit coordination with Big 4 firms, ERP implementation, business restructuring and valuation support, External Commercial Borrowing arrangements, and SOX-aligned internal control frameworks.
