Financial Performance

Consolidated revenue reached ₹124 crore in Q1FY27, up from ₹104 crore in Q1FY26. EBITDA turned positive at ₹10 crore (8% margin), compared to an EBITDA loss of ₹7 crore (-1% margin) in the prior year quarter. Profit before tax (PBT) stood at ₹8 crore, versus a loss of ₹1.4 crore previously.

Standalone results mirrored this improvement, with net profit rising to ₹12 crore from ₹1 crore in Q1FY26. Standalone revenue increased 21% to ₹121 crore, with EBITDA margins expanding to 9% from 1%.

What the Numbers Show

The profitability recovery was driven by operational efficiency rather than one-off gains. Total expenses grew only 9% (₹114 crore) against a 19% revenue increase, indicating effective cost control. Additionally, finance costs declined 10% to ₹4 crore, reducing drag on bottom-line growth. Other income fell 40% to ₹3 crore, confirming that the profit turnaround stems primarily from core operational improvements and margin expansion.

Order Book and Strategic Wins

As of June 30, 2026, Om Infra’s outstanding order book stood at ₹2,014.91 crore. The Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) segment dominates with ₹1,346 crore (67% of the book), while Hydro & Water projects account for ₹668 crore.

Key strategic updates include:

• L1 Status: Secured for Andheri Medium Irrigation Project (₹482.27 crore) and Mohmela Sirpur Barrage Project (₹568.98 crore).

The company initiated water storage at the Isarda Dam on July 30, 2025, marking a key milestone for the ₹615.17 crore project. This phase-one capacity of 3.24 TMC is expected to benefit over 3 crore people across 13 districts in Rajasthan.

Om Infra highlighted easing payment situations due to fund allocation revivals in Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan, totaling ₹27,000 crore. The company noted that pending payment issues related to Jal Jeevan Mission projects are progressively being resolved.

For FY27, Om Infra has provided revenue guidance of ₹700–750 crore and an EBITDA margin target of 7–8%.
