The committee of creditors of WWIL had previously approved the plan on February 19, 2026, with a voting share of 96.47%. The acquisition structure involves a bifurcated approach: Inox Neo Energies Limited (INEL) will acquire a controlling stake in WWIL to house the independent power producer (IPP) and power sale business, while Inox Green will acquire the O&M business undertaking.
