Largest Contract: Oil India Housing Project

The most significant order involves constructing an Executive Housing Complex (DX Area) for Oil India Limited at Duliajan, Assam, valued at Rs 227.99 crores. This turnkey project represents approximately 71% of the total contract value and underscores NBCC's expertise in residential infrastructure development for public sector enterprises.

Strategic Infrastructure: Border Bridge Projects

The Ministry of Home Affairs has awarded NBCC a Rs 83.76 crore contract for constructing major bridges in Meghalaya along the Indo-Bangladesh Border. The project encompasses:

• Bridge over River Hari (near BP No. 1301/4s) with 423.00 meter length
• Bridge over River Luva (between BP No. 1323/4s to BP No. 1323/6s) with 206.00 meter length

Educational Sector Engagement

The smallest but strategically important contract worth Rs 8.03 crores comes from Collectorate, Patna, for creating dedicated spaces for start-up incubation centers and public policy centers at Chandragupt Institute of Management, Patna. This project reflects NBCC's diversification into educational infrastructure supporting entrepreneurship and policy development.

All three contracts fall within NBCC's normal course of business operations and involve no related party transactions. The company confirmed that promoter groups have no interest in the entities awarding these contracts, ensuring arm's length transaction principles. NBCC has received revised cabinet approval from the Rajasthan Government for the Rajasthan Mandapam Convention Centre project, with the total project value increased to ₹5,800 crore from the earlier approved ₹3,700 crore. The company announced that it plans to float tenders for the project in April, marking the transition from planning to execution phase.

The Rajasthan State Industrial Development & Investment Corporation (RIICO) has granted the revised approval for the comprehensive infrastructure development project. This significant increase in project value reflects the expanded scale and comprehensive scope of the Rajasthan Mandapam and allied developments.

Comprehensive Development Plan

The ambitious project will be developed on more than 90 acres in Jaipur with a total built-up area of more than 94.53 lakh sq.ft. The master plan integrates multiple components including an iconic convention centre with built-up area of more than 9 lakh sq.ft., grand expo halls spanning around 7 lakh sq.ft., and Global Capability Centres & IT/ITES Office Spaces covering around 18 lakh sq.ft.

Key Infrastructure Components

The Rajasthan Mandapam Convention Centre will feature multiple auditoria with the grand Padam Mandap having a seating capacity of approximately 6,500 persons, along with Swarn, Tulsi, and Kadam Mandaps. Additional facilities include hotels, retail facilities & housing with built-up area of more than 10.76 lakh sq.ft., a Natural History Museum spanning more than 1.77 lakh sq.ft., and a Fintech plaza with built-up area close to 69 thousand sq.ft.
