The company’s strong performance was driven by robust sales momentum across its residential portfolio. It delivered two redevelopment projects, Rashmi Vasudeo and Rashmi Celestia, during the year. Additionally, the company secured new redevelopment projects with an estimated Gross Development Value of approximately ₹400 crore, including New Chitra Society in Kandivali west and Bank of India Staff Sheetal in Borivali west.
