Passenger Vehicle Production
The production of passenger vehicles, which constitutes the bulk of the company's output, grew to 174,839 units in June 2026 from 125,392 units in the previous year. Within this category, the Compact segment, which includes popular models such as the Baleno, Swift, and WagonR, saw the highest volume. Production in this sub-segment climbed to 76,835 units, up from 55,467 units in June 2025.
Utility Vehicles and Vans
The Utility Vehicles segment also demonstrated strong performance, with production increasing to 76,626 units from 53,677 units a year ago. Models contributing to this growth include the Brezza, Ertiga, and Fronx. Meanwhile, the Vans segment, led by the Eeco, recorded a production of 10,660 units, compared to 9,151 units in the corresponding period of the previous year.
Light Commercial Vehicles
Production of Light Commercial Vehicles, specifically the Super Carry, rose to 3,185 units in June 2026, up from 2,153 units in June 2025. This consistent increase across all vehicle categories underscores the company's ability to scale operations to meet market demand.
