The acquisition was executed pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Jupiter Wagons purchased 63,57,552 equity shares from existing shareholders, with no governmental or regulatory approvals required for the transaction.
