Glacier Bancorp, Inc. (NYSE: GBCI) appointed Byron Pollan as Senior Vice President and Deputy Chief Financial Officer, effective September 1, 2026. Pollan will succeed Chief Financial Officer Ron Copher, who plans to retire in mid-2027.

Leadership Transition
Pollan brings 27 years of banking and financial services experience to the role. He has served as Senior Vice President and Treasurer since January 2017. Prior to joining Glacier Bancorp, he established the Treasury Department at CIT Bank and chaired the Asset-Liability Committee (ALCO). Earlier in his career, he worked as a portfolio manager at Freddie Mac.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in International Finance from Brigham Young University and has been a CFA charterholder since 2003.
