Ceva has introduced RealSpace Elevate, a Microsoft-certified, licensable Windows Audio Processing Object (APO) designed to help gaming headset and PC OEMs deliver differentiated spatial audio experiences. Shi argues that applications such as cars, drones, and robots require semiconductor chips that go beyond standard compute and memory to interact with the physical world, positioning Ceva as a key beneficiary.

The analyst's thesis centers on the transition from generative and agentic AI, which largely operate in virtual environments, to Physical AI, which demands powerful models capable of real-world interaction.
