Bharat Electronics appoints 12 senior managers effective Aug 1

Bharat Electronics Limited has appointed 12 senior management personnel to fill key leadership roles across its operations, effective August 1, 2026. The appointments include three Executive Directors and nine General Managers, replacing outgoing executives and strengthening leadership in strategic planning, product development, and marketing. The changes follow the superannuation of Crd. (Retd.) K Kumar, who served as Executive Director (S&CS) at the Bangalore Complex until July 31, 2026.

The company disclosed the changes pursuant to Regulation 30(2) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, notifying the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and BSE Limited on August 1, 2026. The new appointees bring extensive experience from within the organization, with tenures ranging from 26 to 36 years. S Sreenivas, Company Secretary, signed the intimation letter.

Srinivas K holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Electronics & Communication), an M.Tech in Digital Systems, and is a certified Project Management Professional and Six Sigma Green Belt. He also joined in October 1989. Giriraja N holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communication Engineering and joined in January 1993.

Hemant Kumar Gupta holds a Master of Technology in Communication Systems. Mini Nair S is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and PMP.

Outgoing Executive

Crd. (Retd.) K Kumar superannuated on July 31, 2026, after serving as Executive Director (S&CS) at the Bangalore Complex. His departure necessitated the restructuring of senior management roles within the South & Central Systems division.
