Dr. Sharma brings an overall 35 years of experience across various senior positions, including:

The re-appointment is for a second term of two years, effective immediately after the completion of Mr. Jain's existing term. The new term is scheduled to commence on May 29, 2026, and will conclude on May 28, 2028. Profile of the Re-appointed Director

Mr. Naresh Kumar Jain possesses extensive industry experience spanning over 46 years, which includes more than 32 years of managerial experience in senior positions. He holds a B.Sc, LLB, and DCL degree. Additionally, he has been a Fellow member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India since 1981 (FCS) and an Honorary fellow member of The Institute of Certified Public Secretaries – Kenya (FCPS).

Throughout his career, Mr. Jain has served as Director Legal & Compliance for a large listed entity for over five years. He has also held significant positions such as Past Chairman of NIRC (1992), Council Member (1995-1997), and Secretary and CEO (2003-2012) of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. His involvement extends to various committees and groups of apex industry associations, government and regulatory bodies, academic institutions, and international associations, including the MCA, Planning Commission, SEBI, NFCG, IGONU, IFCS, and CSIA.

Currently, Mr. Jain serves as an Independent Director, Corporate Advisor, and member of the ASSOCHAM National Council for Corporate Affairs & CSR. He is also a member of the Corporate Affairs Committee of PHD and a partner at Global FinServe LLP.
