V2 Retail Limited delivered robust quarterly results with 86% year-on-year revenue growth to INR 708.6 crores and 465% EBITDA growth to INR 44.4 crores on pre-IndAS basis. The company opened 43 new stores during the quarter, taking total count to 259 stores, and raised guidance from 100 to 130 new store openings for the year with plans for 150 stores next year.
V2 Retail shares gained 5% to Rs 2,493 after reporting Q2 FY26 revenue growth of 86% to Rs 709 crore and swinging to Rs 17.2 crore net profit from Rs 1.9 crore loss last year. The retailer expanded aggressively with 43 new stores added during the quarter, achieving 23.4% same store sales growth and 12.1% EBITDA margins.
