Starmangalsutra Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Sky Gold & Diamonds Limited, has approved a proposal to acquire 51% partnership interest in Shri Rishab Gold, a partnership firm engaged in jewellery manufacturing. The acquisition is valued at approximately Rs. 10 crores and is expected to be completed within 12 months. Shri Rishab Gold reported a turnover of Rs. 48.9 crores and EBITDA of Rs. 3.87 crores for the year ending March 31, 2025. The firm specializes in the mangalsutra jewellery segment and has a client base that includes one of India's largest jewellery brands. The acquisition aims to expand customer portfolio and deepen market penetration in the traditional mangalsutra jewellery segment. The transaction will be funded through cash consideration and is subject to customary closing conditions and requisite approvals.
Sky Gold reported strong demand during the Navratri and Diwali festival seasons. The company experienced increased customer interest during these traditional Indian festivals, which are typically associated with gold purchases.

SkyGold Ltd's Board of Directors approved the appointment of Mr. Siddharth Sipani as Chief Financial Officer effective September 27, 2025. The appointment was based on recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee. Simultaneously, Mr. Mangesh Ramesh Chauhan resigned from his CFO position to focus on his strategic and operational responsibilities as Managing Director. Sipani is a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary with over 20 years of experience in finance, accounts, compliance, treasury, and strategic business management. He previously served as Group CFO with Gold Star Jewellery and has led initiatives in financial planning, liquidity management, automation, fund-raising and cost optimization. Chauhan cited the need to better align his focus with growing operational scale and evolving business requirements as the reason for stepping down from the CFO role while continuing as Managing Director.
