Indian Hotels Company Ltd (IHCL) is a hospitality company promoted by Tata Sons Private Limited. It owns, operates and manages hotels, palaces and resorts under brands including Taj, SeleQtions, Vivanta, Ginger, and ama Stays & Trails. The company has a portfolio of 235 hotels with 28,107 rooms, including 175 operational hotels. IHCL's flagship brand Taj has about 100 hotels, while Ginger has 85 hotels across 50 locations. The company also operates various food and beverage brands and a culinary delivery platform called Qmin. IHCL has expanded both domestically and internationally since its founding in 1902, with properties across India and in international locations. The company continues to grow through new hotel openings, acquisitions, and management contracts.
