Adani Enterprises is prepared to purchase 88 properties as part of a significant agreement with Sahara. An amicus has submitted that Sahara needs to clear a payment of ₹9,000 crore to SEBI, along with interest.
Adani Enterprises, through its joint venture AdaniConneX, has partnered with Google to develop India's largest AI data centre campus in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. Google will invest approximately $15 billion over five years (2026-2030) in the project, which includes gigawatt-scale data centre operations, subsea cable network, and clean energy infrastructure. The partnership involves co-investment in transmission lines, clean energy generation, and energy storage systems. The project aims to enhance India's AI capabilities and is expected to create tens of thousands of jobs in technology, construction, and clean energy sectors. AdaniConneX is a 50:50 joint venture between Adani Enterprises and EdgeConneX, targeting 1GW data center infrastructure platform development.
Adani Enterprises has announced that one of its units has formed a partnership with MTAR Tech to compete for an AMCA development contract. The collaboration positions both companies to jointly pursue this defense-related opportunity.
