Voltamp Transformers Limited has won a significant order worth ₹850.5 million from Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation Limited (GETCO). The contract involves designing, manufacturing, testing, and supplying various ratings of Power Transformers as per GETCO's specifications. This domestic order strengthens Voltamp's position in the Indian power sector. The company has confirmed that this is not a related party transaction and neither the promoter group nor group companies have any interest in GETCO.

Voltamp Transformers Reports Q2 Results and Elevates Vijay Gupta as COO
Voltamp Transformers announced its Q2 FY2026 results with a profit before tax of ₹104.19 crore, slightly down from ₹104.65 crore in Q2 FY2025. Citigroup and Domestic Institutions Invest Rs 364 Crore in Voltamp Transformers Bulk Deal
Voltamp Transformers experienced a share price decline after a significant bulk deal on the NSE. Citigroup acquired 57,000 shares at Rs 7,605 per share, a 2% discount from the previous close. The total bulk deal, involving several domestic institutional investors, amounted to Rs 364 crore. Voltamp Transformers Promoter to Offload 7% Stake in $67 Million Block Deal
Kunjal Patel, a promoter of Voltamp Transformers Ltd., is set to sell up to 7.88 lakh shares (about 7% equity) in a block deal worth approximately $67 million. The floor price is set at ₹7,600.00 per share, below the last closing price of ₹7,777.50. The deal includes a two-year lock-up period for sold shares and a one-year lock-in for unsold offered shares. Voltamp recently reported flat net profit of ₹79.50 crore in Q1 FY2024, with revenue slightly down at ₹423.60 crore. The company has seen 33% year-on-year growth in order volumes since April 1 and has revenue visibility of ₹1,685.00 crore for the current fiscal year.
