Mr. Naveena Thammishetty Chandra was appointed as the new Chairman effective November 14, 2025. The Audit Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee were reconstituted. Mrs. Indani Venkata Lakshmi was re-appointed as Independent Director for a second term from December 14, 2025, to December 13, 2030.
