Robust Hotels Limited, operator of Hyatt Regency Chennai, announced exceptional financial results for FY2024-25. Operating income reached Rs 13,628.00 lakhs, up 11.31% YoY. EBITDA increased by 40% to Rs 5,586.00 lakhs, while PAT grew 247% to Rs 1,646.00 lakhs. Occupancy rate rose to 73.81%, and ARR increased to Rs 7,914.00. The company received a favorable court order resulting in a refund of Rs 20.87 crores. Robust Hotels continues to prioritize sustainability with 87% of energy from renewable sources.
