Kumar, a Chartered Accountant and Cost and Management Accountant, brings over 10 years of post-qualification experience in financial reporting, mergers and demergers, consolidated financial statements, finance and accounting, audit, and corporate restructuring. His diverse industry experience spans education, manufacturing, software, real estate, retail, and hospitality sectors. Prior to this role, Kumar held positions as Senior Manager (Financial Reporting) at Varsity Education Management Private Limited and Manager (Audit & Assurance) at Guru & Jana Chartered Accountants.
