Phoenix Township Limited Rebrands as HBG Hotels Limited
Phoenix Township Limited, a hospitality company operating hotels in Goa and Kerala, has officially changed its name to HBG Hotels Limited effective November 4, 2025. The change was approved by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs' Registrar of Companies. The company's CIN remains unchanged. The rebranding does not affect stakeholder rights and liabilities. HBG Hotels Limited will display both old and new names at all locations for two years. The company continues to operate Park Inn by Radisson in Goa and Phoenix Island Resort in Kerala.
