Nettlinx Limited Reports Revenue Decline and Net Loss in Q1
Nettlinx Limited, an ISP and telecom services company, reported a 44% decrease in consolidated revenue to ₹264.46 lakhs for Q1. The company swung to a consolidated net loss of ₹48.24 lakhs, compared to a profit of ₹133.67 lakhs in the same quarter last year. Standalone results showed an even steeper decline, with revenue falling 56.20% to ₹100.80 lakhs and a net loss of ₹15.29 lakhs. The financial results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors on August 7, and published in newspapers on August 9.

The divestment process, which began in May with shareholder approval obtained through a postal ballot, concluded on August 6. As a result, Sri Venkateswara Green Power Projects is no longer a subsidiary of Nettlinx. The company ensured compliance with SEBI regulations throughout the process.

Nettlinx Limited Strengthens Leadership with New Directors and Company Secretary

The company has appointed two new Additional Directors (Independent, Non-Executive) for a five-year term starting July 24, 2025: Ms. Vaishnavi Nalabala, a management professional with over seven years of experience, and Mr. Sundeep Reddy Molakala, a seasoned professional with more than 20 years of leadership experience. Additionally, Mr. N. Mahender Reddy has been named as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective August 1, 2025. The company has confirmed that the new appointees have no shares in Nettlinx Limited and are not debarred from holding office by any regulatory authorities.
