STL Networks clarifies fund use

3 days agoSTL Networks will use 25% of preferential issue proceeds for general corporate purposes and invest the rest in mutual funds and fixed deposits until full utilization.
STL Networks issues a corrigendum to its postal ballot notice, updating the valuation report for a preferential issue of convertible warrants to promoter Twin Star Overseas Limited at Rs. 24 per warrant.
STL Networks' petition to set aside an arbitral award against BSNL was dismissed by the Delhi High Court on May 12, 2026. The company is evaluating appeal options.
