Mrs. Nila Biswakarma and Mr. Samad Ahmed Khan have announced an open offer to acquire up to 26% of Nanavati Ventures Limited at ₹90 per share. This follows a share purchase agreement to buy 51.69% stake from the selling promoter at ₹151 per share. The open offer, if fully subscribed, would amount to ₹10.93 crore. The offer complies with SEBI regulations and was publicly announced in multiple newspapers.
