Dec 04, 2025Deccan Gold Mines Limited announced that Godawari Power Ispat Limited has confirmed to act as a specific investor in the company's proposed rights issue of 3,93,37,893 equity shares at Rs. 80 per share for Rs. 314.70 crores. Godawari Power Ispat committed to subscribe to unsubscribed portions to ensure at least 90% subscription and reserves the right to take up to 100% of undersubscribed shares, subject to maintaining shareholding below 25% of post-issue capital.
