Two new Non-Executive Independent Directors, Mr. Paragkumar Raval and Mrs. Deepti Gavali, were appointed for five-year terms. Mr. Chintan K. Patel was named Secretarial Auditor for five consecutive financial years. Gujarat Natural Resources Reports Drilling Progress: Two Wells in Production, Third Well Advancing
Gujarat Natural Resources Limited (GNRL) and its subsidiary GOGL have completed two wells now in commercial production, reaching 400 barrels of oil equivalent per day. Drilling has resumed on the third well, reaching 730 metres depth, with completion expected by August 20. GNRL plans to start drilling a fourth well in the Kanawara field immediately after. The company has contracted a higher-capacity rig for a 3,000-metre well in the North Kathana field, scheduled to begin in late August.
Rajasthan Gases Limited has substantially reduced its shareholding in Gujarat Natural Resources Limited through an open market transaction on July 29, 2025. The company sold 50,00,000 equity shares, decreasing its stake from 5.11% to 1.21%. This transaction resulted in a 3.90% reduction in Rajasthan Gases' voting rights in Gujarat Natural Resources.
