SAT Adjourns Bhageria Industries' SEBI Challenge to October 2025, Order Stays Suspended
The Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) has adjourned the hearing on Bhageria Industries Limited's challenge against a SEBI adjudication order to October 13, 2025. The SEBI order from March 31, 2023, remains stayed until the new hearing date. This development was disclosed by the company's Secretary & Compliance Officer, Deepa Toshniwal, in compliance with SEBI regulations.
