United Talent Agency (UTA) will relocate its New York offices to the Empire State Building in July 2027, securing 100,948 square feet across four floors. The move marks a significant expansion for the agency, which houses its Filmed Entertainment, Creators, News, Publishing, Theatre, Music, Speakers, Sports, Brand Advisory, and Executive Search businesses in New York. The new space is designed to support UTA's integrated talent representation and brand advisory operations.
UTA COO Bob Roback stated that the relocation to one of New York City's most iconic landmarks reflects the agency's continued growth and long-term commitment to the city as a global epicenter of culture, creativity, and business. He emphasized that New York has become an increasingly important center for UTA's clients and the company, and the new office positions the agency to build the future of talent, media, sports, and brand representation.
Empire State Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE: ESRT), the owner and operator of the Empire State Building, welcomed UTA to the "World’s Most Famous Building." Ryan Kass, EVP, co-head of real estate and chief revenue officer at ESRT, noted that the building fosters collaboration, attracts top talent, and enhances the employee experience. ESRT highlighted that two large blocks remain available for 2026 at One Grand Central Place and 501 7th Avenue.
The Empire State Building offers a fully modernized and amenitized landmark with newly built office space equipped with ESRT’s premier indoor environmental quality and sustainability measures. The building features more than 65,000 square feet of amenities, including eight dining options, a fitness center, a conference center, a basketball/pickleball court, and two golf simulators.
