IndiGrid Infrastructure Trust has revised the paid-up value of its Series AI and Series AJ Non-Convertible Debt Securities (NCDs) from ₹20,000 to ₹1,00,000. The change follows the receipt of second pay-in amounts from debt security holders on September 8, 2026.
The trust received a total of ₹880 crore towards the second pay-in. This comprises ₹280 crore for Series AI debt securities and ₹600 crore for Series AJ debt securities. These collections were made in accordance with the record date specified in the Key Information Document dated August 17, 2026.
Revised Security Details
Consequent to the receipt of these funds, the paid-up value for both series of debentures was updated. The securities are now listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange with new ISIN codes reflecting the revised face value.
