VEON Ltd. (NASDAQ: VEON), the parent company of Kyivstar Group Ltd. (NASDAQ: KYIV, KYIVW), announced that Uklon has launched Uklon Store, an in-app marketplace marking its entry into commerce. The service begins with flower deliveries in Kyiv, utilizing Uklon's existing driver network for same-day fulfillment. This initiative aims to deepen engagement among Uklon's 5.1 million active users in 1Q 2026 and diversify revenue streams beyond mobility.

Uklon Store operates as a marketplace for third-party merchants, starting with independent florists in Kyiv. By integrating commerce into its app, Uklon provides businesses with access to its customer base without requiring separate delivery infrastructure. The launch aligns with VEON's digital operator strategy to expand services across its ecosystem.

The marketplace adds to Uklon's existing services, which include ride-hailing, delivery, bus tickets, and micromobility. The planned acquisition of e-scooter operator E-wings is intended to further expand its micromobility offerings. For Kyivstar, Uklon Store represents a move to deepen engagement within its digital ecosystem and open new revenue channels.
