mvk agro food product has appointed M/s. Kabra & Maliwal, Chartered Accountants, as its internal auditor for FY 2026-27 onwards. The Board of Directors approved the appointment during its meeting held on May 30, 2026, based on the recommendation of the company's Audit Committee.

The Board took note of the resignation of Mr. Raju Maroti Pamalwad from the post of Additional Non-Executive Independent Director due to personal reasons. Additionally, the meeting acknowledged the resignation of Ms. Swapna Rajaram Bansode from the position of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer.
