Cosmos Health Inc. has entered a distribution agreement with International Medical Company (IMC) to expand its Sky Premium Life product line in Qatar. IMC, which owns the largest pharmacy chain in the country, has placed an initial purchase order for 31,000 units. The partnership grants Cosmos Health immediate access to a broad consumer base through IMC's established nationwide retail network.
IMC, founded in 1998, is Qatar's fastest-growing pharmaceutical retailer and distributor. Its retail arm, Kulud Pharmacies, operates over 130 branches with a portfolio of more than 12,000 products. The company employs over 1,400 people across its Sales & Marketing, Pharmacy, and Consumer divisions.
Under the agreement, IMC will manage key functions in the territory, including sales and marketing, regulatory affairs, logistics, supply, and distribution. This move marks a further step in Cosmos Health's international expansion of Sky Premium Life across high-growth Gulf markets.
Greg Siokas, CEO of Cosmos Health, stated that Qatar is one of the Gulf's most dynamic healthcare markets.
