The company is expanding its nanotechnology investment initiatives, leveraging Cana Laboratories' European GMP-certified manufacturing capabilities to drive long-term shareholder value.

Following the transfer, Cana Laboratories has initiated the process of pursuing patent protection at both national and regional levels in key international markets. The underlying technology originated from research activities combining early-stage discovery methodologies with advanced pharmaceutical development approaches. This move aligns with Cosmos Health's broader strategy of expanding its intellectual property portfolio and strengthening vertical integration.

In parallel with the patent acquisition, Cana Laboratories announced plans to expand investments in nanotechnology-based product development platforms.
