AmpliTech Group, Inc. has received subscriptions totaling approximately $21.9 million for its Series A Rights Offering, subject to final reconciliation and closing procedures. The company expects to issue approximately 4,384,163 shares of common stock upon completion of the final reconciliation process. Unexercised rights for this offering expired on July 18, 2026.
The company intends to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes, including working capital, inventory, sales and marketing initiatives, and commercialization efforts.
