QVC Exports FY26 net profit falls 47%

7 days agoQVC Exports reported a 47% decline in FY26 net profit to ₹291.02 lakh, while revenue rose 22.7% to ₹4,403.37 lakh. The Board also re-appointed B. Nath & Co. as internal auditor.
QVC Exports Limited disclosed that promoters and PAC have not encumbered equity shares during FY26. The confirmation was submitted to NSE under SEBI Takeover Regulations.
