Abans Enterprises Limited announced its quarterly results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. On a standalone basis, the company reported a loss after tax of Rs. 112.18 lakhs for the quarter, compared to a loss of Rs. 42.29 lakhs in the same quarter last year. However, for the half year, standalone profit after tax was Rs. 55.26 lakhs versus a loss of Rs. 67.12 lakhs in the previous year. On a consolidated basis, the company performed better with a profit after tax of Rs. 486.86 lakhs for the quarter and Rs. 954.78 lakhs for the half year. Revenue from operations on a standalone basis was Rs. 10,825.55 lakhs for the quarter and Rs. 16,484.08 lakhs for the half year. The company's Board also noted that a proposed merger with its wholly owned subsidiary Abans Jewels Limited is pending regulatory approvals. The company had previously implemented a stock split reducing face value from Rs. 10 to Rs. 2 per share.
