The acquisition represents 1.16% of Purple Entertainment's total share capital. The shares were acquired on November 4, 2025, and rank pari-passu with existing equity shares. Purple Entertainment Limited's Board of Directors approved the appointment of two new directors during a meeting held on November 4, 2025. Mr. Manthan Gumansinh Thakor was appointed as Additional Independent Director for an initial five-year term, bringing over 5 years of experience in business management, financial knowledge, consumer marketing, and project management. Mr. Pradip Sudhakarbhai Birewar was appointed as Additional Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director, with extensive experience in business management and the building and construction industry. Both appointments are subject to member approval and will be effective from November 4, 2025. The company also approved shifting its registered office within Ahmedabad from Ajanta Complex on Ashram Road to Titanium City Centre in Satellite area. Both new directors are not related to any other directors of the company and hold no directorships in other listed entities.
Purple Entertainment Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange about the death of Independent Director Mrs. Manjulaben Navinchandra Kothari on September 22, 2025.
