GTT Data Solutions Approves Rs. 50 Crore Rights Issue and Subsidiary Merger PlansAug 14, 2025
GTT Data Solutions Limited approved unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, showing a standalone loss of Rs. 411.11 crores and consolidated loss of Rs. 411.13 crores. The Board approved a rights issue to raise up to Rs. 50 crores and reconstituted the Rights Issue Committee with four members. The company also approved an Employee Stock Option Scheme 2025 and a merger scheme for three wholly-owned subsidiaries - Global Talent Track Private Limited, Itarium Technologies India Private Limited, and Alpharithm Technologies Private Limited. Additionally, the Board appointed DND & Associates as internal auditors, scheduled the 39th Annual General Meeting for September 29, 2025, and provided updates on the proposed acquisition of Alpharithm Singapore, which has entered a binding term sheet. The company has given advances totaling Rs. 531 lakhs to two entities for IP rights purchases, with transactions expected to complete by end of Q2 2025.
