Sep 30, 2026Panyam Cements held its 70th AGM via video conference on September 30, 2026. Shareholders adopted FY26 financials and reappointed Mr. Narayanasamy Elamaran.
Panyam Cements reported a widened net loss of ₹2,301.57 lakh for Q1FY27 as revenue surged from a low base. The board also appointed Sunki Reddy Pitchi Reddy as the new Chief Financial Officer.
