Himgiri Castings Private Limited, along with persons acting in concert, acquired 30,92,093 equity shares representing 34.04% stake in National Fittings Limited from promoter A V Palanismamy on October 23, 2025. The acquisition involved multiple parties: Himgiri Castings Private Limited acquired 13,56,577 shares (14.93%), Anil Kumar Agarwal acquired 9,89,470 shares (10.89%), Babita Agarwal acquired 5,56,577 shares (6.13%), Ampit Agarwal acquired 8,65,786 shares (9.53%), and Arushi Agarwal acquired 1,23,683 shares (1.36%). The acquirer had completed an open offer on October 13, 2025, which was previously communicated to BSE on October 15, 2025.
