Nov 13, 2025Eco Recycling Limited reported standalone net profit of Rs 6.18 Cr on total income of Rs 14.48 Cr in Q2 FY26. The company expanded its total recycling capacity to 31,200 MTPA with commissioning of a new 6,000 MTPA lithium-ion battery recycling facility at Vasai, funded through internal accruals. Chairman Managing Director B.K. Soni highlighted strengthening of value-added segments including refurbishment, IT asset disposition, data destruction, lamp recycling, and precious metal recovery. The company's BookMyJunk platform was appreciated by the Prime Minister in Mann Ki Baat. Eco Recycling is preparing to commission a mineral recovery facility focused on PCBs, hard drives, and lithium-ion batteries to recover valuable metals such as cobalt, nickel, and manganese. The company reported FY25 total revenues of Rs 46.30 Cr, EBITDA of Rs 33.32 Cr and PAT of Rs 23.38 Cr.
Eco Recycling Limited reported quarterly revenue of Rs 1,442 lacs, up from Rs 924 lacs in the previous quarter and Rs 1,287 lacs in the same quarter last year. Net profit reached Rs 573 lacs compared to Rs 780 lacs in the previous quarter. For the half-year period, revenue stood at Rs 2,366 lacs versus Rs 2,428 lacs in the previous year, while net profit was Rs 1,352 lacs against Rs 1,604 lacs last year. The company received Rs 2.25 crores towards insurance claims during the quarter, with Rs 1.66 crores still pending. Earnings per share for the quarter was Rs 3.20 compared to Rs 3.48 in the previous quarter. The company operates in the E-waste management segment and has no financial borrowings, with finance costs relating only to lease liabilities.
