Dabur India Limited reported consolidated revenue growth of 5.4% year-on-year for the quarter ended September 30, 2025. The company's India FMCG business grew 5.7% while international business expanded 7.7% in INR terms. GST reforms impacted nearly 66% of Dabur's portfolio with rate reductions, including juices, toothpaste, hair oils, shampoos, glucose, and Ayurvedic medicines, bringing 86% of the portfolio to 5% GST. However, GST transition caused temporary trade disruption worth approximately Rs. 100 crore (3-4% impact) as channels anticipated price reductions. The HPC portfolio performed well with 8.9% growth, led by toothpaste segment's 14% growth driven by Dabur Red franchise and Meswak. The company announced Dabur Ventures with Rs. 500 crore capital allocation over the next few years for investments in digital-first businesses. Management provided guidance of mid-to-high single-digit growth for the second half, backed by low-to-mid single-digit volume growth, supported by good monsoons, GST benefits, and expected strong winter season.

Dabur India Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. The Board of Directors declared an interim dividend of Rs 2.75 per equity share (275%) for the financial year 2025-26, with November 7, 2025 set as the record date and payment starting November 21, 2025. On a consolidated basis, the company reported revenue from operations of Rs 3,029.55 crores for the quarter compared to Rs 2,596.59 crores in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Net profit for the quarter was Rs 449.50 crores versus Rs 392.29 crores in the same period last year. On a standalone basis, quarterly revenue was Rs 2,236.77 crores compared to Rs 2,043.85 crores in the corresponding previous quarter, with net profit of Rs 307.38 crores against Rs 256.09 crores. The company operates through consumer care business, food business, retail business and other segments. The Board meeting was held on October 30, 2025, and the results have been reviewed by statutory auditors.

Dabur has set a revenue growth target of 8-10% for FY26, along with a 20 basis points margin expansion. The company expects growth to be driven by GST-related consumption increases, strong performance from its premium product portfolio, recovery in rural markets, and expansion of its healthcare, home and personal care, and beverage categories benefiting from a lighter tax regime.
