Honasa Consumer Approves Re-appointment of Independent Director and New Secretarial Auditor

4 days agoHonasa Consumer Limited held its 9th Annual General Meeting on September 25, 2025, where members approved two key appointments. Mr. Vivek Gambhir was re-appointed as an Independent Director for a second five-year term, effective from March 24, 2026 to March 23, 2031. Gambhir holds degrees from Lafayette College and Harvard Business School, with over three decades of experience in operations and strategy, currently associated with Lightspeed India Ventures. Members also approved the appointment of Arora Shekhar and Company as Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term from April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2030. The Delhi-based practicing company secretary firm has been operating since 2013 and specializes in secretarial audit, corporate law, securities law, and corporate governance.
Honasa Consumer expects strong double-digit growth for FY26. The company aims to maintain EBITDA margins near 7% and projects annual margin improvements of 100-150 basis points over the next 5-6 years.
