However, consolidated results showed lower profitability with net profit of Rs 46.93 lakhs and earnings per share of Rs 1.38, impacted by a Rs 19.98 lakhs loss from associate company MKP Kataria Recycling Private Limited. The Board of Directors approved these results at a meeting held on August 13, 2025. The company operates in the auto components segment for two-wheeler and three-wheeler industries.
MKP Mobility Limited appointed Mrs. Rajita Rupesh Gupta as Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Independent Director on August 8, 2025. The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors based on the Nomination and Remuneration Committee's recommendation. The appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Mrs. Gupta will serve a five-year term from August 8, 2025 to August 7, 2030. She holds a Production Engineering degree and has over 25 years of professional experience. She has been an active director since 2000 in manufacturing instrumentation and mechatronics for construction equipment at Klug Avalon Mechatronics Private Ltd, and is also a Partner in Raina Engineers, which manufactures cranes for offshore oil platforms and marine vessels.
