Visagar Financial Services Limited (VFSL) reported a net loss of Rs 105.14 lakhs for Q1 FY2026, an improvement from Rs 257.97 lakhs loss in Q1 FY2025. Total income decreased to Rs 254.87 lakhs from Rs 3,057.49 lakhs year-over-year. The company appointed Mr. Vikasjeet Singh as Additional Director and announced the resignation of Mr. Pushpraj Gupta as Company Secretary.
