Yext, Inc. has opened its full platform for enterprise AI workflows, making verified brand data, Scout competitive intelligence, and agentic marketing execution capabilities accessible from virtually any AI tool, workflow, or interface. Enterprise marketing teams can now surface competitive insights, close gaps faster, and measure performance against local competitors in AI and traditional search. The platform covers 12 million business locations across 186 countries, analyzing 10 billion signals with 150 visibility metrics per location.

Infrastructure for agentic execution

The platform is built on three infrastructure layers designed to support trusted agentic execution. Scout, Yext's brand visibility agent, continuously scans for competitive market signals across AI and traditional search. The Yext Knowledge Graph provides a verified source of brand truth, structured to be machine-readable. Yext's real-time distribution network connects to more than 200 listing publishers, review sites, and social platforms, enabling immediate action at scale.

Dataset scope and metrics

Christian Ward, Chief Data Officer at Yext, highlighted the scale of the local visibility intelligence dataset. The system tracks 20 local competitors for every target business across four AI models. More than one million new locations are added every month.

New features and availability

Yext introduced several new features for enterprise teams. Ask Scout is a conversational interface allowing teams to ask questions in plain language and receive answers grounded in local competitive intelligence. Win Rate measures how often a brand outranks competitors across AI and traditional search. Action Center surfaces prioritized fixes across listings, review responses, images, attributes, and social, with agents handling work at scale under human oversight. In beta, 88 brands have completed over one million actions, saving more than 9,000 hours.

Yext MCP, Ask Scout, and Win Rate are available to paying Scout customers beginning June 17. Action Center is available by request for eligible customers.
