Soluna Holdings, Inc. has appointed Ryan Carver as Chief Development Officer (CDO), effective immediately, to accelerate the expansion of its AI infrastructure platform. Carver will be responsible for the full lifecycle of Soluna’s AI/HPC data center platform, spanning site origination, power procurement, design, construction, commissioning, and operations. He will report directly to CEO John Belizaire and join the company’s Senior Leadership Team.
Carver will serve in a cross-functional role integrating development, construction, technology operations, and power into a unified delivery engine. This structure aims to support Soluna as it scales its behind-the-meter, renewable-powered AI infrastructure platform.
Executive Background
Carver joins Soluna from Microsoft, where he most recently served as Senior Director – AI Construction & Site Development. During his tenure, he led a construction P&L in the tens of billions of dollars and oversaw the construction program at Microsoft’s Fairwater campus in Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin.

Earlier in his career, Carver held roles at Turner Construction and Jacobs, contributing to projects including World Trade Center Tower 2 and Yankee Stadium. He holds a degree in International Business from The Ohio State University and is a Certified Construction Manager (CCM).
