Paxal Shah Acquires 7.04% Stake in Yash Chemex Through InheritanceSep 27, 2025
Paxal Shah, a promoter group member of Yash Chemex Limited, acquired 721,365 equity shares representing 7.04% of the company through transmission from his late grandfather, Yashwantlal Chhanalal Shah. The acquisition occurred on September 22, 2025, through inheritance and falls under exemptions provided in SEBI regulations for acquisition by way of transmission, succession or inheritance. Shah's shareholding increased from 89,230 shares (0.87%) to 810,595 shares (7.97%) post-transaction, while the late grandfather's holding of 721,365 shares (7.04%) was transferred to nil. Paxal Shah, a promoter group member of Yash Chemex Limited, acquired 1,27,365 equity shares through transmission via inheritance from his grandfather. The acquisition increased his shareholding from 89,230 shares (0.87%) to 8,10,595 shares (7.91%) in the company. The shares have a face value of Rs. 10 each. Yash Chemex Limited has a total equity share capital of Rs. 10.24 crores comprising 1,02,43,425 equity shares. The acquisition was completed on September 22, 2025, and disclosed under SEBI regulations for substantial acquisition of shares.
