The acquisition will make A-1 Sureja Industries a subsidiary of A-1 Limited, enabling management control and operational oversight. The move supports A-1 Limited's strategic diversification from chemicals and logistics operations into Electric Mobility and Green Energy segments. The transaction will be funded through internal accruals and is not considered material under regulatory thresholds. Cash consideration will be finalized based on independent valuation and mutual consent of partners.
