The allotment was made after the company received 25% upfront payment from warrant holders who participated in a second opportunity following an earlier board resolution. Each warrant carries the right to subscribe to one equity share of face value Rs 10. The remaining 75% payment must be made within 18 months for conversion to equity shares. The warrants are subject to lock-in provisions and will not immediately change the company's paid-up share capital until exercised. The board considers this allotment beneficial for the company's growth initiatives and long-term value creation.
