Rathi Steel and Power Limited reported total revenue of Rs 155.40 crores for Q1 FY26, marking a 22% increase from Rs 127.82 crores in Q1 FY25. EBITDA remained stable at Rs 6.23 crores compared to Rs 6.06 crores in the previous year, while PAT increased to Rs 2.69 crores from Rs 1.89 crores. The company commenced production of TMT bars during the quarter, leading to improved rolling mill capacity utilization from 25% to 39% year-on-year. However, steel melting shop capacity utilization declined from 64% to 55% due to planned maintenance shutdown in April 2025. Production of rolled products increased significantly to 19,617 MT from 12,400 MT, while billet production rose to 14,475 MT from 12,427 MT. Management highlighted that the TMT bar production restart enables better asset utilization and provides opportunities in the premium FE 500/550 D grade segment demanded by major builders in the NCR region.
