Rathi Steel and Power Reports Rs 162.71 Lacs Profit in Q2 Results3 hours ago
Rathi Steel and Power Limited announced unaudited financial results showing a profit of Rs 162.71 lacs for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, with revenue from operations at Rs 15,629.83 lacs. The Board approved these results in their meeting held on November 14, 2025, following audit committee recommendations.
Rathi Steel and Power Limited received permission from the Commission of Air Quality Management in National Capital Region and Adjoining Areas to resume commercial operations of its Steel Melting Shop located in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. The approval came through an order dated November 12, 2025, with directions to comply with specified conditions within a stipulated timeframe. The unit was established for production of M.S. and S.S. Billets. The company had previously disclosed related information on October 29, 2025.
Rathi Steel and Power Limited's Board of Directors appointed Pawan Kumar as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel effective November 3, 2025. The appointment was made based on recommendations from the Audit Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Rajeev Kumar. Pawan Kumar is a Commerce Graduate with over 10 years of experience in accounts, costing, and taxation across various companies. He has been associated with Rathi Steel and Power since 2017 in different roles before being promoted to the CFO position.
